This notice explains how intellectual property rights apply to LeaderDojo, to content contributed by its community, and to third-party materials referenced on the platform.
This notice governs the application of intellectual property rights within the LeaderDojo platform and complements the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
1. LeaderDojo platform content
The LeaderDojo name, logo, visual identity, original platform design, original written content, platform structure, software, databases and other original elements created specifically for LeaderDojo are intellectual property of the LeaderDojo operator/owner, except where otherwise stated or where third-party rights apply.
Users may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit protected LeaderDojo content without authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
2. Community-contributed content
Users retain ownership of the original content, knowledge and management experiences they submit to LeaderDojo.
By submitting content, users grant LeaderDojo the necessary non-exclusive license to store, process, structure, display, search, retrieve and use that content within LeaderDojo functionality, including community knowledge retrieval and LeaderBrain, subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Users must have the necessary rights to submit the content they contribute and must not knowingly submit content that infringes third-party intellectual-property, confidentiality or other legal rights.
3. Purpose of LeaderDojo
LeaderDojo is a management knowledge platform designed to collect, structure, verify and share real-world management solutions and implementation experiences contributed by its community.
LeaderDojo is not primarily a professional training or certification institution.
Academy, Business Culture and other educational features are supporting components of the wider LeaderDojo knowledge ecosystem and do not change the platform's primary purpose described above.
4. Third-party intellectual property
LeaderDojo does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, methodologies, standards, publications or other intellectual property referenced for informational or educational purposes.
All such rights remain with their respective owners.
References to third-party names, methodologies, standards, products or organizations do not imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
