1. About the platform

LeaderDojo is a management knowledge, learning, collaboration and AI-assisted platform for professionals. It provides tools, methods, community contributions, implementation examples, learning material and AI-assisted guidance.

LeaderDojo is currently operated by Aleksandar Vučetić, an individual (natural person) based in the Republic of Serbia, acting on his own behalf. LeaderDojo is not a company or other legal entity, so no company registration number and no legal representative apply.

2. Informational and educational purpose

All information on LeaderDojo is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Information, AI responses, community contributions and implementation examples may contain errors, may be incomplete, or may not be suitable for your specific organisation, industry, jurisdiction or situation.

You are responsible for independently verifying any information before applying it, and you remain solely responsible for your own management and business decisions and their consequences.

LeaderDojo does not guarantee any specific business, operational, financial or implementation result.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate professional information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
• Accounts are personal; do not share access with others.

4. Your content and licence

You voluntarily decide what you share on LeaderDojo. You retain ownership of your original content.

By sharing content, you grant LeaderDojo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, organise, index, translate, adapt for display and process that content to the extent necessary to operate the platform and its collective knowledge functionality.

LeaderDojo does not become the owner of your original content. The licence ends for future display when you remove your content, subject to reasonable technical retention such as backups and to content already incorporated into aggregated or anonymised community insights.

5. What you must not share

• Confidential information of your employer.
• Trade secrets.
• Confidential customer or supplier information.
• Personal data of other people without appropriate authority or a valid legal basis.
• Copyrighted content that you do not have permission to share.
• Unlawful, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate content.

6. Community conduct and moderation

LeaderDojo is a professional community. Members are expected to communicate respectfully, constructively and honestly, and to represent their experience accurately.

LeaderDojo may review, moderate, edit visibility of, or remove content, and may suspend or restrict accounts in cases of serious or repeated violations of these Terms or of applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

LeaderDojo branding, the LeaderDojo name and logo, original platform content, software, design, structure and other proprietary platform elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and remain the property of the platform operator or its licensors.

Third-party materials, trademarks, methodologies and publications referenced on the platform remain the property of their respective rights holders.

8. Artificial intelligence

Parts of LeaderDojo use artificial intelligence to generate answers, plans, summaries and suggestions. AI-generated information may be incorrect, outdated or inappropriate for your context and must be independently reviewed before use.

AI output is not a substitute for qualified legal, financial, medical, safety, engineering or other regulated professional advice. Where such advice is required, consult a qualified professional.

Do not enter confidential or personal data into AI features.

9. Availability

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, be added or be discontinued, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeaderDojo and the platform operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, data or goodwill arising from use of the platform, reliance on its content or AI output, or decisions taken on their basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any mandatory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using LeaderDojo and request deletion of your account at any time. LeaderDojo may terminate or restrict access where these Terms are seriously breached.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. The version number and dates at the top of this page always show the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.

13. Governing law and contact

Governing law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to any mandatory rights of users that cannot be contractually excluded under applicable law.

Competent court / jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved before the court having subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction under applicable law.

Legal representative: not applicable — LeaderDojo is operated by an individual acting on his own behalf.
